Terms of Service

The Service provides AI-assisted football analytics: probability estimates, value-bet detection, parlay correlation analysis, closing-line tracking, and explanatory commentary delivered through the web app and Telegram. We are an analytics provider — we do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or operate as a gambling licensee. Any decision to place a bet is taken solely by the user with their own bookmaker.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You must comply with the gambling and consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions that prohibit access to sports-analytics or affiliated services; you are solely responsible for verifying that the Service is lawful where you live.

You register by providing an email address and password, or by signing in via Telegram. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us at info@gss-analytics.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is offered under a free tier and paid subscription tiers. The current tiers, prices and feature scope are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in Euros (€) including VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and, for Telegram-initiated payments, by the Telegram payment partners; their respective terms apply to the payment transaction.

We may change prices, plans or feature scope with at least 30 days’ written notice (typically by email). If a price change disadvantages you, you may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.

New users may receive a free trial of a paid plan. Trials run for the period stated at sign-up and convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Only one trial per user is permitted; we may close duplicate or abusive trial accounts at our discretion.

If you reside in the EU and act as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email) to info@gss-analytics.com. We will refund all payments received from you within fourteen days of receiving your notice using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing → Cancel plan or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by mandatory consumer law. Beyond the statutory withdrawal right, refunds are granted on a goodwill basis only.

If you join our Partner Program you may earn referral commissions for users you bring to the Service. Participation is subject to approval and to the published partner guidelines. Commissions are paid out monthly for referred users who have completed a paid billing cycle; trial-only signups do not qualify. Referrals remain attributed to your Partner ID even if the referred user cancels and re-subscribes later. We may withhold or claw back commissions earned through prohibited promotion (spam, misleading claims, brand-bidding, incentivised signups). The Partner Program does not turn you into our agent or representative; you have no authority to bind GSS Analytics Ltd.

The Service may surface third-party tools, links to bookmakers, data providers, payment partners (Stripe, Telegram payments) and other external services. These are provided “as is”, without warranty, and remain governed by the terms of the relevant third party. We do not endorse any third-party content and accept no liability for it; please review the third party’s terms and privacy policy before relying on it.

The Service may occasionally contain typographical errors, mistakes, or out-of-date information — for example in pricing, plan scope, statistics, or commentary. We may correct any such error and update the Service at any time without prior notice. Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience; if there is a conflict, the English version prevails. We are under no obligation, except as required by law, to update or clarify information.

You agree not to: scrape or republish predictions or odds for commercial use; resell or sublicense access to the Service; reverse-engineer the platform; use the Service to launder, finance or facilitate illegal activity; circumvent paywalls or rate-limits; impersonate another person; or upload material that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

The Service, including software, models, dashboards, copy and logos, is owned by or licensed to GSS Analytics Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate the Service.

The GSS AI commentary engine produces text suggestions and explanations using statistical models. Output is provided for information only, can contain errors, and is not financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating any analytical output before acting on it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or — under German law — for breach of cardinal contractual obligations). Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost bets, lost bankroll, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSS Analytics Ltd, its officers, employees and contractors against claims and costs arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach, suspected fraud, or for legal or security reasons. Where appropriate we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution) survive.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email and in-app. If you do not accept the changes you may cancel before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is London, United Kingdom; consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence.

Information on online dispute resolution can be found at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to and do not currently take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a corporate transaction.
