Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before joining the GSS Analytics Partner/Affiliate Program.

1. Introduction & Agreement

These Partner Program Terms and Conditions ("Partner Terms") govern your participation in the GSS Analytics Partner/Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Partner," "Affiliate," or "you") agree to be bound by these Partner Terms, our general Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

GSS Analytics Ltd ("GSS," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Partner Terms at any time. We will notify active partners of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Program Overview

The GSS Analytics Partner Program allows approved individuals and entities to earn commissions by referring new customers to GSS Analytics services. Partners receive a unique referral link or code to track their referrals and earnings.

  • Real-time tracking dashboard via Telegram Bot
  • Marketing materials and promotional support
  • Dedicated partner support team
  • Monthly payout processing
  • Lifetime customer attribution (referred customers remain linked to your account)

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the GSS Analytics Partner Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
  • Have a legitimate platform, website, social media presence, or audience to promote GSS
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not be located in or targeting users in jurisdictions where online betting or gambling is prohibited
  • Agree to and follow our promotional guidelines and ethical marketing practices

GSS Analytics reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may also terminate partnerships that do not meet our quality standards or violate these terms.

4. Commission Structure & Payments

4.1 Commission Rates

Partners earn a fixed commission of €5 per qualified referral. A qualified referral is defined as a new customer who:

  • Signs up using your unique referral link or code
  • Completes the 7-day free trial period
  • Converts to a paid subscription (any plan)

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Commissions are calculated and processed on a monthly basis
  • Referrals made before the 10th of each month are included in that month's payout
  • Payments are issued within 15 business days after the end of each month
  • Minimum payout threshold: €20 (commissions below this amount roll over to the next month)

4.3 Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (SEPA for EU residents)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency (upon request)

4.4 Taxes

Partners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on their commission earnings. GSS Analytics may request tax documentation (e.g., W-9 for US partners) as required by law.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Cookie Duration: Our referral tracking uses a 30-day cookie. If a visitor clicks your referral link and signs up within 30 days, you will be credited for the referral.

Lifetime Attribution: Once a customer is attributed to your partner account, they remain linked to you permanently. You will earn commissions on their subscription renewals as long as they remain active GSS customers.

Tracking Dashboard: Partners can monitor their referrals, pending commissions, and earnings using the /check command with their Partner ID on our Telegram Bot or through the Partner Portal.

6. Promotional Guidelines

6.1 Permitted Promotional Methods

  • Content marketing (blogs, articles, reviews)
  • Social media marketing (organic posts, stories)
  • Email marketing (to your own opt-in subscribers)
  • YouTube and video content
  • Telegram channels and groups
  • Discord communities
  • Podcast mentions and sponsorships

6.2 Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam: Unsolicited emails, messages, or comments
  • Misleading Claims: Guaranteeing profits, income, or specific win rates beyond our published statistics
  • False Advertising: Making false or exaggerated claims about our services
  • Brand Impersonation: Pretending to be GSS Analytics or an official representative
  • Paid Advertising on Brand Terms: Running PPC ads bidding on "GSS Analytics" or similar brand keywords without prior written approval
  • Incentivized Sign-ups: Offering cash, gifts, or other incentives to users for signing up (unless approved in writing)
  • Cookie Stuffing: Using hidden iframes or scripts to set referral cookies without user knowledge
  • Self-Referrals: Referring yourself or using multiple accounts to generate fake referrals
  • Targeting Minors: Promoting our services to individuals under 18 years of age

7. Content & Branding Guidelines

When promoting GSS Analytics, partners must:

  • Accurately represent our services and their features
  • Include appropriate disclaimers about sports betting risks
  • Use only approved logos, images, and marketing materials provided by GSS
  • Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g., "Affiliate link" or "I may earn a commission")
  • Comply with FTC guidelines and similar advertising regulations in your jurisdiction

Required Disclaimer: All promotional content must include a gambling disclaimer such as: "Gambling involves risk. Please gamble responsibly. Users must be 18+ and comply with local laws."

8. Intellectual Property

GSS Analytics grants partners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our approved logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services under this Program.

Partners may not:

  • Modify, alter, or distort our logos or branding
  • Register domain names containing "GSS," "GSS Analytics," or similar variations
  • Create websites that could be confused with official GSS Analytics properties
  • Sublicense or transfer any rights granted under this agreement

9. Confidentiality

Partners agree to keep confidential all non-public information related to the Program, including but not limited to:

  • Commission rates and special agreements
  • Internal conversion data and statistics
  • Upcoming features or promotions shared in advance
  • Partner Portal access credentials

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the partnership.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Partner

Partners may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us via email at partners@gss-analytics.com. Upon termination, any pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out in the next payment cycle.

10.2 Termination by GSS Analytics

GSS Analytics may terminate a partnership immediately and without notice if:

  • Partner violates any of these Partner Terms
  • Partner engages in fraudulent activity
  • Partner's promotional methods damage GSS reputation
  • Partner's account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All rights to use GSS trademarks and materials cease immediately
  • Partner must remove all GSS promotional content within 30 days
  • Pending legitimate commissions will be paid (unless terminated for fraud)
  • In cases of fraud or serious violations, all pending commissions may be forfeited

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GSS Analytics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program
  • Our total liability to any partner shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that partner in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • GSS Analytics is not responsible for technical issues, tracking failures, or third-party service disruptions that may affect commission tracking

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GSS Analytics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.

12. Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSS Analytics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Partner's violation of these Partner Terms
  • Partner's promotional activities or content
  • Partner's violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Any misrepresentation made by the partner regarding GSS Analytics

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Partner Terms or the Program shall be resolved through:

  1. Good Faith Negotiation: Partners should first contact our partner support team to resolve issues informally
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
  3. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in UK courts

14. Data Protection

Partners acknowledge that they may have access to personal data of referred customers. Partners must:

  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
  • Only use customer data for the purpose of participating in the Program
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect any data accessed
  • Notify GSS Analytics immediately of any data breaches

15. General Provisions

15.1 Independent Contractor

Partners are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between partners and GSS Analytics.

15.2 Assignment

Partners may not assign or transfer their rights under this agreement without prior written consent from GSS Analytics.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Partner Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Partner Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSS Analytics regarding the Partner Program.

15.5 Waiver

Failure by GSS Analytics to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
